But, for all that, I have always had the habit of looking (and listening) back to the music that has most moved me in the past. Consequently, the following 22 tunes were whittled down from the 65 that initially existed on my BEST OF JANUARY, FEBRUARY, and MARCH 2008 mixes.
These are the ones that still sing & speak to me. The ones that persist in putting the "pep" in my step; matching the "mucho" to my "gusto"; and ratcheting the "get-up" into my "get-up-and-go."
